FAIR INVITATIONS

200 thousand will be printed for each fair. Sponsors’ logos will each occupy a 2X2 cms space on the invitation. 

EXHIBITORS HANDBOOK

For every fair a handbook is produced for exhibitors well in advance of the fair giving them all technical information and the list of services and fittings available. This is sent to all exhibitors. The details of all publicity and advertising possibilities available in this publication are attached.


FAIR CATALOGUES

For every fair a catalogue is produced giving information about the exhibitors and their products and services. The details of all publicity and advertising possibilities available in this publication are attached.




NEWSLETTER

Prior to the fair 20,000 copies are distributed to potential target visitors. The newsletter includes advertorial material about exhibitors. The details of all publicity and advertising possibilities available in this publication are attached.




FLOOR ADVERTISING

On specified routes, the floors of corridors between stands can be used for adhesive poster advertising. The condition is that these adhesive posters should be no larger than 35X70 cms. and not be more than twenty in number and can only be on the same route, not randomly distributed.

Furthermore the route chosen must lead to the corridor where the advertisers stand is located. All materials must be provided by the advertiser.

SEMINARS 

During the fair a number of specialist seminars are organised. There are refreshment breaks between sittings. Sponsors will each have two posters (70X220 cms.)positioned both at the entrance and within the auditorium itself.
