Limited to one representative per sector with a maximum of no more
than two main sponsors
The sponsors’ logos are displayed in the following areas;
Fair Invitations (200 thousand distributed),
Press advertisements (10 high profile placings),
Fair entrance banners (3 prominently displayed),
Fair Web Site (With links to the Sponsors’ sites)
The sponsors’ logos and profiles printed in the ‘Press Kit’ handout.
The sponsors’ logos featured in other printed fair material:
Newsletter (20 thousand distributed)
Fair catalogue ( 5000 distributed) one full page advertisement in
catalogue at no extra charge
Sponsors will be each given 100 invitation/passes for their own
distribution
Co-SPONSORS
Number of co-sponsors limited to five organisations.
Co-sponsors logos will appear in the following places:
Fair Invitations (200 thousand distributed),
Press advertisements (10 high profile placings),
Fair entrance banners (3 prominently displayed),
Fair Web Site (With links to the Sponsors’ sites)
The sponsors’ logos and profiles printed in the ‘Press Kit’ handout.

CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE-PROVIDER SPONSORS
The final conditions for this sector are only finalised after
negotiation.
Depending on their level of their contribution, service-provider
sponsors will receive similar advantages as main and co-sponsors.
Service-provider sponsors’ logos or names will appear in the
following places:
Fair Invitations (200 thousand distributed),
Press advertisements (10 high profile placings),
Fair entrance banners (3 prominently displayed),
Fair Web Site (With links to the Sponsors’ site)
Areas of Service-Provider Sponsorship:
Transport/bus service
Cargo, delivery and distribution (national and international)
Accommodation (Official Fair hotels)
IT, hardware/software support.
Fair medical services
